Parkia y Bip&Drive colaboran en la movilidad sostenible de las ciudades

Bip&Drive, the payment platform for drivers, has signed an agreement to add 43 Parkia car parks with license plate recognition (OCR) to its network of car parks. Customers will be able to access the car parks without having to pick up a ticket at the entrance and without the need to validate it at the machines before leaving. Through the app, the user can enter and exit in an agile way, avoiding entrance and exit queues, and contributing to the environment with paper savings. With these new incorporations, Bip&Drive already has 305 digitalized underground car parks, spread throughout Spain, to make life easier for its customers. In addition, the Bip&Drive app guarantees total security by allowing users to check all expenses and movements from the same application, which also facilitates invoice management for professionals, self-employed workers, and companies. Furthermore, the SuperApp also facilitates the task of searching for nearby car parks. Parkia contributes to this parking service offered by Bip&Drive with its app, making it easier for its users to have quick access, with license plate recognition, direct payment from their mobile phones, and without a ticket. Sergio Torío CCO&CMO of Parkia mentions, “with this agreement, parking users are part of the ambitious digitization and sustainable mobility plan in which Parkia is immersed.” For Josep Jové, director-general of Bip&Drive, “our main objective is always to make life easier for users, and this agreement with Parkia, one of the leaders in the parking sector, demonstrates this.”
