Barrabés.biz, The Valley, and the Spanish Red Cross have joined forces to promote inclusive employment, equal opportunities, and diversity by facilitating the employability of those who have the greatest difficulty accessing jobs, such as young people and unemployed people, in sectors that encourage the necessary change towards digitalization. Through the programs ‘Actualízate’ and ‘Hackea tu futuro’, promoted by Red.es, the three organizations seek to improve the integration of people and collectives at risk of exclusion by providing training in digital skills such as Big Data, cybersecurity, and Cloud systems, areas with high employability for which thousands of specialized professionals are expected to be needed in the coming years. The aim of this collaboration is to respond to both the employability needs of young people and unemployed people seeking to retrain and the demand for specialized professionals.
